Pronunciation of the letter C
The letter C in Spanish can cause confusion for first-time-language-learners due to changes in pronunciation according to what letter follows after.
Included in this activity workbook is a brief introduction to the letter C’s pronunciation nuances. You can find the first page of this workbook below explaining the pronunciation of the letter C.
What comes in this free letter C printables kit?
You will receive a fun, four-page printable workbook for your child to practice the letter C in Spanish.
This workbook is the perfect head start for preschoolers and kindergarteners, and it is excellent literary practice for the school-aged child.
Page 1 is a practice writing an uppercase and lowercase letter B. In addition, it also serves as a coloring page with three animals that start with the letter C; el caballo, el cocodrilo, and el cerdo.
Page 2 is a circle of all the Cs in the sentence.
Use this page to work on literary and comprehension skills by sounding out the sentences’ words and piecing together their meaning. Use the picture for assistance!
For words that your child does not know, make a running list of unknown vocabulary words. Practice these words throughout the week.
Next, don’t forget to have your child circle all of the Cs!
Lastly, color the picture at the end!
Page 3 is a C coloring page.
Let your child execute their fine motor skills coloring in all of the small details within the C. Remember, It’s OKAY if they color outside of the lines!
Page 4 is a vocabulary list of words that start with the letter C.
Have your child practice writing the C at the beginning of each letter!
